• safety fuse of the feeder and inner mains can stand the loading of the device (see label of the matrix)
• mains are equipped with effective grounding according to standards (ČSN) and conditions given by law
• socket or switch of the feed is well accessible from device
We refuse any responsibility in case of not respecting above mentioned rules. Before the fi rst use it is necessary
to remove all the protection foil and to clean the device - see chapter „cleaning and maintenance".
Maintenance: We recommend to have the device checked once a year by the proffesional service. Only qualifi ed
or competent persons can do interventions in the product.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Attention! Before the fi rst use of the device you must remove protection foil and wash the device with water
containing detergent and than dry with the cleaning cloth.
HD - 01, 02, 03, 04
Plug the feeding cable into the socket, switch the main switch (A) on,green pilot lamp (B) indicates operation of
the device. HD 01 – HD 03 use the position 1 for heating the device and the position 2 for keeping it hot. The
device reaches the working temperature in approx. 10-15 minutes. After you achieve working temperature put
the roll under middle pressure on the prickle. When the roll is hot enough for you take it off from the prickle. When
putting the roll on pay attention not to hurt your hand from the prickle. During the operation of the devide do not
touch the prickles with not protected hand, the prickles have higher temperature. At HD 04 use the position 1 for
heating the device and the position 2 for keeping it hot.
HD - 3N,3N/K
Plug the feeding cable into the socket, switch the main switch (A) on, green pilot lamp (B) indicates operation of
the heating of the prickles. Remove the glass cylinder and pour 2 - 4 cm of water into the stainless bowl. Return
the cylinder carefuly back including the bottom and separating wall. Then you can put the sausages into the
cylinder. Separating wall prevents to mix hot sausages with the sausages add later. Put the cover on the cylinder.
Plug the feeding cable into the socket and switch on the main switch (A), green pilot lamp (B) indicates operation
of heating of the prickles. Switch the button (C) and adjust the thermostat on requested tempereture for heating
the sausages.The device reaches working temperature in approx. 10 - 15 min. After you have achieved working
temperature put the roll under middle pressure on the prickle. When the roll is hot enough for you take it off from
the prickle and put the hot sausage inside.
