• Zdemontować lampy i zderzak wraz z metalowym wzmocnieniem
(nie będzie już ponownie montowane).
• Odkręcić zbiornik paliwa zachowując warunki bezpieczeństwa.
• Przykręcić lekko belkę zaczepu A do tylnego pasa
używając oryginalnych nakrętek (pkt 3).
• W podłużnice wsunąć elementy C i D i poprzez technologiczne otwory
w podłużnicach lekko przykręcić je śrubami M10x30 8.8 (pkt 1).
• Skręcić belkę zaczepu A z elementami C i D śrubami M12x40 8.8 (pkt 2).
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem wg tabeli.
• Wmontować zbiornik paliwa.
• Zamontować zderzak.
• Wykonać wycięcie w dolnej części zderzaka o wymiarach 60x85.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Przykręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego.
• Unscrew the lamps and bumper along with its metal reinforcement
(it will not be used any more).
• Disassemble the petrol tank (keep safety regulations).
• Screw slightly the main bar A to the rear belt using original nuts (point 3).
• Insert the elements C and D in the frame side members and
screw them slightly through the technological holes with bolts M10x30 8.8 (point 1).
• Screw the main bar A with the elements C and D with bolts M12x40 8.8 (point 2).
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Assemble the petrol tank.
• Screw the bumper.
• Cut out the fragment 60x85 mm in the lower part of the bumper.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Fix the ball and electric plate.
• Dévisser les lampes et le pare-chocs avec le renforcement en métal
(il ne sera plus utilisé).
• Dévisser le réservoir de carburant, en respectant les principes de sécurité.
• Insérer les éléments C et D dans les longerons et visser légèrement par les
trous technologiques dans les longerons en utilisant les boulons M10x35 8.8 (point 1).
• Serrer la poutre du crochet d'attelage avec les éléments C et D à l'aide des
boulons M12x40 8.8 (point 2).
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Monter le réservoir de carburant.
• Serrer le pare-chocs.
• Ouvrir la partie basse de pare-chocs de 60x85.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
• Visser le crochet d'attelage et socle de prise électrique .
