GUARANTEE/WARRANTY
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. This includes a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase.
This guarantee is valid for the whole of Europe. The purchase receipt is regarded as proof of pur-chase. The customer
undertakes to read the instructions carefully before making a claim under the guarantee/warranty in order to rule out
any operating errors.
The product has been thoroughly checked for quality and functionality before dispatch.
Exclusion of the guarantee occurs in the following cases:

in the event of changes to the product without our approval
n
in the event of use other than for the intended purpose
n
in the event of defects caused by improper maintenance and/or repair
n
in the event of commercial use of the article
n
in the event of damage caused by falling
When making a claim under the guarantee/warranty, please return the complete product including accessories in a
packaging safe for transport to the point of sale from which the product was purchased. Describe the existing defect
in the product and enclose the original proof of purchase with the shipment.
The seller reserves the right to subsequent performance before refun-ding the purchase price. Necessary transport costs
will be reimbursed to the customer if a justified claim of the legal warranty/guarantee is established. The exercise of the
statutory rights in respect of defects shall be free of charge. These rights are not limited by the guarantee.
SHP International Trading GmbH (Rathausstraße 5, 96342 Stockheim, Germany) hereby declares that this product
is in conformity with the essential requirements of the applicable European Directives.
Intended use
This device (electric scrubber) is only intended for use as a cleaning device.
Any other use or use that goes beyond this is deemed to be improper.
