  • Page 13 Technical Specifications The Starting Protection device has been specially designed in order to avoid the problem represented by backfire during the starting phase in gasoline-fed cars; the problem is due to the residual gas which is to be found in the suction manifold. The Starting Protection, when switching off the board, keeps feeding the starting system and at the same time turns gas electrovalves off.

  • Page 18 Caractéristiques techniques - Le dispositif Starting Protection a été étudié pour remédier au déplaisant problème des retours de flamme pendant le démarrage à essence, dûs au reste de Gaz présent dans les collecteurs d'admission. Le dispositif "Starting Protection", quand le tableau est éteint, maintient l' alimentation au système d'allumage de la voiture, en fermant les électrovannes du Gaz.

  • Page 23 Características técnicas El dispositivo Starting Protection ha sido proyectado para solucionar inoportunos problemas de llamas de retorno durante el arranque con gasolina, debidos al gas residual que se encuentra en los colectores de aspiración. El Starting Protection, una vez apagado el cuadro, mantiene la alimentación hacia el sistema de encendido del coche, cerrando sinembargo las electroválvulas del gas.

Dieses Handbuch kann jederzeit durch A.E.B. geändert werden, um alle technologischen, qualitativen oder informativen Neuerungen oder Verbesserungen darin aufzunehmen.

  • Page 28 Technische Eigenschaften Die Vorrichtung Starting Protection wurde entwickelt, um das störende Problem der Rückschläge bei der Benzinanlassung aufgrund von Gasresten im Ansaugkrümmer zu verhindern. Beim Ausschalten der Schalttafel hält die Vorrichtung Starting Protection die Versorgung des Zündsystems des Fahrzeuges aktiviert, schließt jedoch dabei die Gas-Magnetventile.
