• This appliance is also convenient to steam all kind of dishes. For best results do not steam too
big quantities of ingredients.
• Fill the cooking pan with water until 1L level max. Half litre of water corresponds to 45 minutes
of steaming. It is not necessary to overfill with water or it might delay the steaming time.
• Place food inside the steam basket.
• Shut the lid of the appliance.
• Plug the power cord and switch on the "M" button. Steam begins, the cooking light indicator is
on.
• Unplug when steaming is finished.

• Unplug the appliance before cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Clean with non-metal
sponge.
• Soak the pan in hot water and wash with a sponge. Non-stick coating may discolor after long
use, due to water and steam. It does not affect non-stick or sanitery properties.
• Clean the body with a soft damp cloth. Never immerse it in water.
• Remove and clean the water collector and steam flowing valve after each use.
• Remove and clean the lid after each use. Caution, never place the lid in dishwasher.
• This appliance uses the whole water absorption feature. It means a slow covered cooking using
approximately 1,5 volume of water for 1 volume of rice.
• This kind of cooking provides the best results with long rices (such as Thai, Basmati or
Surinam).
• Exact proportion of ingredients depends on the rice quality.
• Use tempered water. Do not salt water.
