Anbauanleitung:
Bild 1a: Die Abschleppöse ( x ) abtrennen.
Bild 1b: Die Schrauben (c,b) entfernen. Die Schraube (a) nicht lösen.
Bild 2: Die Rahmenadapter (2) an die entsprechende Position halten
und anschrauben (c,b). Die Schrauben (c,b) wieder fest verschrauben.
Die Verstärkungsstreben (6) werden zusammen mit den Rahmenadapter
(2) an dem Chassis (1) verschraubt; dazu wird die Chassis-Schraube (a)
(siehe Bild 1b) lösen und zusammen verschrauben.
Bild 3: Die Längsträger (3) an die Rahmenadapter (2) anhalten.
Bild 4: Die Verstärkungsprofile (4) werden in die Längsträger (3)
eingeschoben und zusammen am Rahmenadapter (2) verschraubt.
Bild 5: Die Knotenstreben (5) werden von außen an die Längsträger (3)
und an die Rahmenadapter (2) verschraubt.
Bild 6: Verstärkungsflach (7) an das Verstärkungsprofil (4) anhalten und
Verschrauben. Den Verstärkungswinkel (8) an das Verstärkungsflach (7)
und an den Befestigungswinkel (9) anhalten und mit den dazugehörigen
Achrauben nach Anzugsdrehmoment anziehen.
Bild 7a: Die Befestigungswinkel (9) werden mit dem Steckdosenblech
(11) von außen an der Kugelstange (10) angehalten und zusammen lose
verschraubt. (das Steckdosenblech (11) kann auch an der anderen Seite
verschraubt werden) (Befestigungswinkel kann in Zwei Richtungen
montiert werden).
Bild 7b: Die vormontierte Kugelstange wird von unten, die Gegenplatte
(12) von oben an dem Querträger (13) befestigt. Dabei Bild 7b beachten:
der Querträger kann auch nach oben zeigend montiert werden! Die
Schrauben nach Anzugsdrehmoment anziehen.
Bild 7c: Der vormontierte Querträger an den Längsträger (3)
anschrauben.
Sämtliche Schrauben nach folgendem Anzugsdrehmoment anziehen:

Achtung!
Auf Korrosionsschutz ist nach dem Bohren, von Löchern zu achten!
Die Kontaktfläche zwischen Rahmenadapter (2) und Fahrzeugrahmen (1)
muß an den Verschraubungspunkten von eventuell vorhandenen
Unterbodenschutz oder Wachs gereinigt werden.
Hinweis!
Sämtliche Befestigungsschrauben nach ca.1000
nachziehen!
Um ein Erlöschen der Haftpflichtversicherung des Fahrzeuges zu
vermeiden, dürfen zum weiteren Anbau des Systems nur Anbauelemente
der Firma SMV-Metall verwendet werden!
Alle Anbauteile lassen sich bei Fahrzeugwechsel problemlos
wiederverwenden. Nur Grundrahmen oder Befestigungselemente müssen
typenspezifisch nachgerüstet werden!
Wichtig!
Diese Anbauanleitung bitte nicht wegwerfen, sie ist mit der
Einzelbescheinigung den Fahrzeugpapieren beizuordnen.

Mounting Instructions
Diagram 1a: Cut off the towing eye ( x ).
Diagram 1b: Remove the screws (c,b). Do not loosen screws (a).
Diagram 2: Hold the frame adapter (2) in the appropriate position and
screw it on (c,b). Screw in screws (c,b) again tightly. The reinforcing
props (5) are screwed together with the frame adapter (2) onto the
chassis (1); the chassis screws (a) (see Diagram 1b) will also loosen and
screw together again.
Diagram 3: Hold the longitudinal support (3) to the frame adapter (2).
Diagram 4: The reinforcing profiles (6) are slipped inside the longitudinal
support (3) and screwed together onto the frame adapter (2).
Diagram 5: The node props (4) are screwed from the outside onto the
longitudinal support (3) and the frame adapter (2).
Diagram 7a: The fitting angular pieces (7) are held along with the
electrical power socket plate (9) from the outside onto the tow ball bar (8)
and loosely screwed together. (The electrical power socket plate (9) can
also be screwed onto the other side).
Diagram 7b: The pre-assembled tow ball bar is fitted from below, and the
opposing plate (11) from above onto the transverse support (12).
Observe Diagram 7b when doing this: the transverse support can also be
mounted showing upwards! Tighten the screws according to the
tightening torque.
Diagram 7c: Screw the pre-assembled transverse support onto the
longitudinal support (3).
All screws should be tightened up according to the following tightening
torques:

Note!
After taking care of corrosion protection for the drills one must do the
same concerning holes!
The contact surface between the frame adapter (2) and the vehicle frame
(1) must be cleared of underbody protection or wax which may be
present on the screwing points.
Guideline!
Tighten up all fixing screws after travelling approx. 1,000 kilometres!
Nutzungs-km One must only use additional elements from SMV-Metall if one wants to
extend the system further in order to avoid nullification of the liability
insurance for the vehicle!
All mounted parts can be used again if the vehicle is changed. It is only
necessary to obtain the basic frame or the fixing elements which are
specific to that type of vehicle!
Important!
Do not throw away these mounting instructions; store them with the
individual certificates in your vehicle papers.

Instructions de montage :
Figure 1a : Détachez l'œillet de traction ( x ).
Figure 1b : Dévissez les boulons (c, b). Ne dévissez pas le boulon (a).
Figure 2 : Maintenez l'adaptateur de châssis (2) dans la position
indiquée et vissez (c, b). Resserrez ensuite les boulons (c, b).
Vissez les équerres de renfort (5) et les adaptateurs (2) sur le châssis
(1) en dévissant, puis resserrant le boulon du châssis (a) (voir figure 1b).
Figure 3 : Placez les longerons (3) sur les adaptateurs (2).
Figure 4 : Faites glisser les profilés de renfort (6) dans les longerons (3)
et vissez l'ensemble sur les adaptateurs (2).
Figure 5 : Vissez les équerres (4) à l'extérieur sur les longerons (3) et sur
les adaptateurs (2).
Figure 7a : Maintenez, puis vissez, sans serrer, les angles de renfort (7)
avec la plaque de la prise (9) de l'extérieur, sur la tige de la boule (8). (la
plaque de la prise (9) peut être également fixée de l'autre côté)
Figure 7b : Fixez la tige de la boule préalablement assemblée par
dessous, et la contre-plaque par dessus (11) ) la barre d'attelage (12).
Observez la figure 7b : la barre d'attelage peut également être montée,
tournée vers le haut ! Resserrez les boulons selon le moment de serrage
indiqué.
Figure 7c : Fixez la barre d'attelage pré-assemblée sur les longerons (3).
Serrez les boulons avec le moment de serrage indiqué ci-dessous :

Attention !
Protégez les trous de fixation contre la corrosion !
La surface de contact entre les adaptateurs (2) et le châssis du véhicule
(1) doit être nettoyée au niveau des points de fixation avec une protection
de plancher ou de la cire, le cas échéant.
Remarque !
Retirez toutes les fixations après env. 1000 km d'utilisation !
Pour éviter toute annulation de l'assurance risques du véhicule, vous ne
devez utiliser, lorsque vous ajoutez des accessoires à cette installation,
que des éléments d'assemblages provenant de SMV-Metall !
Lorsque vous changez de véhicule, vous pouvez réutiliser toutes les
pièces d'assemblage sans aucun problème. Seuls les éléments de
fixation (pour porte-charges) sont spécifiques à un type de véhicule !
Important !
Conservez ces instructions de montage : elle doivent être jointes à la
carte grise avec le certificat.

Istruzioni per il montaggio:
Figura1a: segare l'occhione di rimorchio ( x ).
Figura 1b: rimuovere la vite (c,b). Non allentare la vite (a).
Figura 2: posizionare l'adattatore del telaio correttamente(2) e applicarlo
servendosi di viti (c,b). Riavvitare a fondo le viti (c,b).
I puntoni di rinforzo (6) vengono avvitati insieme all'adattatore (2)
all'autotelaio (1); inoltre la vite dell'autotelaio (a) (vedere figura 1b) sarà
allentata e servirà a rinforzare l'applicazione avvitando insieme i due
lementi.
Figura 3: appoggiare il longherone (3) all'adattatore del telaio (2).
Figura 4: i profili di rinforzo (4) sono inseriti nei longheroni(4) e uniti
tramite viti all'adattatore del telaio (2).
Figura 5: i puntoni (5) sono avvitati ai longheroni (3) e agli adattatori (2)
dall'esterno.
Figura 7a: le squadrette di rinforzo (7) vengono appoggiate alla lamiera
forata di presa (9) dall'esterno e consecutivamente entrambe si
appoggiano alla barra del pomello (8). Tali elementi saranno così uniti
tramite viti, che non saranno però serrate a fondo (la lamiera forata di
presa (9) può essere avvitata anche dall'altro lato).
Figura 7b: la barra del pomello preassemblata viene fissata dal lato
inferiore, la contropiastra (11) invece si fissa dal lato superiore sulla
traversa (12). Durante tale operazione considerare la figura 7b: la
traversa può essere montata con orientamento verso l'alto! Serrare le viti
in base alla coppia di serraggio. Figura 7c: applicare con viti la
traversa preassemblata al longherone(3).
Serrare le viti in base alla seguente coppia di serraggio.

Attenzione!
Si consiglia di controllare sia i fori sia le punte da trapano utilizzate per
eseguirli al fine di prevenire eventuali corrosioni!
Pulire la superficie di contatto fra l'adattatore di telaio (2) e il telaio della
vettura (1) in prossimità dei punti di avvitamento eliminando la cera o le
eventuali sostanze di protezione del sottoscocca.
Avvertenza!
Tutte le viti di fissaggio devono essere nuovamente serrate dopo un
utilizzo di circa1000 km!
Per evitare che l'assicurazione di responsabilità civile della vettura
decada, in caso di ulteriori montaggi di sistema, servirsi esclusivamente
di elementi di montaggio della ditta SMV-Metall!
Tutti gli elementi di montaggio possono essere riutilizzati senza problemi
nel caso in cui si cambiasse vettura.Soltanto i telai di base e gli elementi
di fissaggio devono essere adatti al modello specifico!
Importante!
Vi preghiamo di non gettare via le presenti istruzioni di montaggio, poiché
devono essere conservate con il certificato dei singoli elementi
unitamente ai documenti del veicolo.
