First use
Cleaning the appliance
• Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the inside with warm soapy water and a well wrung
damp cloth.
• Refer to the Care and Maintenance section at the end of this manual for further information.
Locating the appliance
• This appliance is for freestanding use only and should be sited between, or at the end of, a run of kitchen
cabinets. Do not build it into a kitchen cabinet.
• Once the appliance is installed and level in its final location, allow at least thirty minutes before switching
on the mains power. This is to allow the refrigerant to settle before use.
Switching on the appliance
• Turn on the mains power and the control panel will illuminate and the compressor will start to work.

• Hold the button for three seconds to turn the appliance on or
off.
• The light automatically turns on when the door is opened and
goes off when it is closed. This can be changed to stay on when
the door is closed by turning the light off and on again whilst the
door is open.
• Press the key to increase the temperature. The display will flash
for a few seconds before showing the current temperature.
• Press the key again to see the programmed temperature.
• Press the key to decrease the temperature. The display
will flash for a few seconds before showing the current
temperature.
• Press the key again to see the programmed temperature.
• Press both keys simultaneously for three seconds to lock the
display.
• Repeat to unlock the display.
• Press both keys simultaneously for three seconds to change the
temperature scale from Celsius to Fahrenheit.
• Repeat to reverse this change.
• The temperature range is 5-20 °C (41-68 °F).
