Figure 5 – Using the Vesa plate and adapter components on the TV:
When mounting the Vesa plate to the TV, make sure to use the right screws.
Not only must they feature a thread suitable for the TV but they also must not
be too long in order not to damage the TV. The screws must not be too short
either in order to facilitate a stable connection.
If the screws included in the screw set provided (M) are not suitable for your
TV, you must purchase suitable screws separately.
If you have any doubts regarding the correct length of the screws, we
recommend you contacting the TV manufacturer or an expert.
The Vesa plate must be attached centrically to the TV.
• Check which Vesa mount is suitable for your TV (depending on the rear side of your TV)
and which of the provided screws, washers and spacers are required for safe installation. If
necessary, use the adapter components (E) provided and attach them using the nuts (P-I)
and screws (P-H).
• Always make sure to screw the screws in a straight and smooth manner into the thread on
the TV. Tighten the screws using a suitable Phillips screwdriver and tighten the nuts using a
suitable spanner. Do not use force when tightening, otherwise the TV could get damaged with
the warranty/guarantee becoming void!
Figure 6 – Mounting the TV with the Vesa plate to the head element
• If not yet done, lock the brakes on the castors in order to prevent the product from moving
while mounting. Observe the maximum load (see "Technical data"). Carefully mount the TV
with the Vesa plate to the fixture on the head element.
• Attach the two Allen screws to the head element using the Allen wrench (P-K).
• Place the decorative cover (P) on the head element.
Figure 7 – Cable routing
• Route the cables along the rear side of the column and insert the cable covers (F) into the
rails in order for the cables to be fixed inside the column. The cable covers can be moved
after insertion.
Figure 8 – Adjusting the TV tilt
• Carefully hold the TV at its bottom and slowly adjust the tilt (up to max. 45°).
Maintenance and cleaning
• Never use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as those
could damage the surfaces or even affect the functionality.
• The product is maintenance-free and does not require any care except for occasional
cleaning with a soft, dry cloth.
• Check the tightness of the screws from time to time (at least every 3 months) and tighten if
necessary. Always ensure stability and safety of the product.
Disposal
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory
regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
