Troubleshooting
My audio receiver won't pair
• Move your Bluetooth device closer to your receiver.
• Make sure that your receiver isn't paired to another
Bluetooth device.
• Your receiver exits pairing mode if it isn't connected to a
Bluetooth device within 3 minutes. Press Pair to re-enter
pairing mode.
• Select Amazon_Audio on your Bluetooth device.
The sound is too quiet or loud
• Adjust the volume on your Bluetooth device to about 50%.
• Adjust the volume on your speaker.
There's no sound
• Make sure that the cables are correctly and securely
connected.
• Make sure that your device is paired to your receiver.
• Make sure that you've selected the input (source) on your
speaker that your receiver is connected to (if needed).
See your speaker's instructions for more information on
selecting inputs.
