Start with your baby held securely
facing your right shoulder. Legs should
be tucked up in the fetal position.

Perform a safety check! Is your baby's
face above the fabric, visible and free
from obstruction? Is the fabric spread
securely over baby's bottom and back?
Can you t two ngers between baby's
chin and chest?

With your left hand, take hold of the
band by your left shoulder and pull it
away from your body. Create a pouch in
the band and slide your baby's body
down and over into the pouch. ere
should be fabric in front of and behind
your baby.
note: To ensure that baby is properly
supported, make sure both bands are
spread out to your baby's back and seat.
If baby needs extra head support, you
can bring one of the shoulder pieces
over baby's head. Baby should be
resting high on your chest with their
face clear of any obstructions or fabric.

Stretch the band over your baby's back
and seat.

With your left hand holding baby
securely, use your right hand to take
hold of the band by your right shoulder
and pull it away from your body. Bring
this band up over your baby's back.
Stretch the bottom of the band under
baby's seat, so they are well supported
underneath as well.
