8 Troubleshooting

Problem description
Device cannot be powered on�
No reaction after pressing any
button�
The device spreads an unpleasant
smell�
The air quality is not improving�
The device switches itself off
again after switching on�
The device displays the error
code E0 or E1
Solution
Plug in the power cord�
Check if the front-cover is correctly
installed�
Check the filter change function
and change the filter if necessary�
Check if the child-lock is active�
Check if the plastic wrap of the
filters were removed�
Check that the filters have been
inserted in the correct order�
Clean or replace the filters and
reset the filter warning�
If you start the device in the dark,
it automatically goes into sleep
mode� Switch off the auto mode�
Contact the manufacturer and take
the device for repair�
