Diesel Fuel Filter Removal Kit
The Diesel Fuel Filter Removal kit has been developed to assist the
removal and replacement of the filter element without risk of damaging
the filter plastic body.
These filter housings are not disposable and the filter is supplied as an
element only.
The two piece kit provides a vice stand for the filter outer body to be
held securely and an adaptor which fits snugly onto the top of the filter
housing to allow a ½" D wrench to be used to separate the top of the
filter housing from the body.
Applications: Chevrolet, Citroën, Fiat, Saab, Suzuki, Vauxhall

Filter Body Stand
Instructions for use
• Remove the filter body completely from the vehicle
• Mount the filter housing body as shown in the filter body stand and
place in a suitable vice, do not over tighten the vice.
• Place the removal adaptor on the top of the filter housing and loosen.
• Remove the internal filter element, clean the internals of the filter
housing and insert new filter.
• Fit new filter housing seal and ensure correct alignment then tighten
filter housing to recommended torque.
