Care and cleaning
Important: never immerse the appliance, the plug, or the power cord in water or any
other liquid. Only wipe these parts with a damp cloth.
Important: before installing or removing any attachments or before cleaning the
appliance, always unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down completely.
8. Wipe the base and the griddle using a damp cloth and mild dishwashing
detergent (washing-up liquid). Then, wipe them dry with a paper towel.
2. Storing the appliance: Store the clean appliance in a clean and dry place.
3. Important: Never remove the removable drip tray to clean it, if the fat in it is still
hot.
4. Important: Never store the appliance if it is still hot or connected to the power
mains.

on the power cord or put it under any strain, especially at the point where it
enters or attaches to the appliance, as this could damage it.
6. Griddle and drip tray can be washed in warm water with some detergent (washing-
up liquid). Appliance housing may be wiped with a damp cloth.
