4. FLIGHT CONTROL (After Trimming)
- Put the helicopter on a smooth surface. An uneven floor surface will affect its ability to lift off.
- Slowly push the left control stick up from the minimum control position.
- DO NOT look at the controller/charger but focus on the helicopter.
- As soon as the helicopter leaves the ground, move the left control stick back slightly as necessary to maintain altitude. In the worst case scenario,
the helicopter will drop back to the floor, but that is better than crashing against the ceiling.
- VERY gently move the left control stick up if helicopter goes down.
- VERY gently move the left control stick down if helicopter goes up.
Up or Down Hovering
From a steady flight, slowly pushing
the left control stick upwards will
make the helicopter fly higher. To
make it fly lower, just pull the left
control stick down a little. Smooth
flying takes only small changes in
the sticks position.
pic.3
pic.3
Left or Right Turns
Hold the helicopter steady in the air.
Push the left control stick left to turn
left or right to turn right. Initially you
may have to apply a little forward or
backward control to achieve this.
Forward or Backward Flight
Hold the helicopter steady in the air.
Push the right control stick up to make
the helicopter fly forward or pull the
control stick downward to make the
helicopter fly backward. Initially you may
have to apply a little left or right control
to achieve this.
Roll Left or Right
Hold the helicopter steady in the air.
Push the right control stick left and the
helicopter will roll to the left. Push the
right control stick right and the helicopter
will roll to the right.
In addition to using the control sticks separately for change of direction, they can also be used in unison to create banking turns,
spiral dives, or very tight turns.
HOW TO FIX YOUR ROTOR FLYBAR ASSEMBLY
If the linkage between your twin rotors comes undone and is dangling below the bottom rotor,
it is very EASY to fix! (A)
Carefully re-attach the linkage back onto the top connector and gently push it into place. (B)
While your there, you might want to check around the area for any fibers or debris that might
affect your flight performance. Carefully remove it with tweezers and you are ready to start
flying again!
PROBLEM
Helicopter is not reacting to the
controller.
Suddenly stops and drops while flying.
Helicopter is losing control.
Helicopter is not holding a charge.
