2. INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE RIDING

1. The electric driving system is designed and manufactured by professional engineers.
Do not change and modify the cable by yourself.
2. Please adhere to the local laws and the highway code.
3. Please keep children away from the scooter. Do not let them touch the switches and throttle to avoid accidents.
4. Do not hang anything (e.g. bags) on the handle as they may affect steering operation.
5. Please read this manual carefully and practice how to operate the scooter including starting the power,
adjusting speed, braking and how to stop, etc.
Especially pay attention to following:
• Adjust your seat according to your needs and find a suitable riding position.
• The circuit breaker, power lock and emergency switch must be turned on before operating the scooter.
• In case of a problem during riding, use the two mechanical brake levers and both the mechanical
and EABS brake will work to stop the scooter.
• In case of an emergency, turn off the emergency switch or the power lock, both of which can stop the scooter.
When the scooter is in push mode, turn off the power lock or emergency switch to prevent an accident.
For normal riding downhill, do not turn off the emergency switch or power lock in case the controller burns out.
• Get to know the right forward/backward switch and speed gear switch according to the diagram.
For learners, it is suggested to use low speed gear first.
• Check the brake system every time before riding the scooter, and make any necessary adjustments.
If riding in snow or rain, take care to brake in advance.
• Check the tire pressure and tightness of wheel screws.
• Slow down when you make a turn with the mobility scooter.
• Aging and damage of parts will weaken the water-proof performance. Do not ride it under water over the motor axle.
If you ride the scooter or park it in the rain, please cover the instrument, switches and throttle with the cover to protect
them from rain.
• Do not wash the scooter directly with water. Clean using a cloth.
