This towbar is designed to assembly in following cars:
AUDI 80, 4 doors, except Quattro, (B3), produced since 09.1986 till
08.1991, catalogue no. A16 and is prepared to tow trailers max total weight
1500 kg and max vertical load 50 kg.
Thank you for buying our product. Their reliability has been confirmed in
many tests. Reliability of towbar depends also on correct assembly and right
operation. For this reasons we kindly ask to read carefully this instruction and
apply to hints.
The towbar should be install in points described by a car producer.

From manufacturer
1. For the purpose of installings of the towbar one ought to disassemble the back bumper
and take out the
facing from
trunk.
2. Make points in the
back piece
according to the
fig. 2 and then drill
holes ø11mm.
3. Apply the main bar
of the towbar (pos.
1) to the back
piece and fix through made holes and the washers (pos. 9) using bolts M110x30mm
(pos. 8) from the accessories.
4. Fix the longitudinal bar (pos. 4) to installed bar (pos. 1) through holes (pos. A) and fix
using bolts M10x80mm (pos. 7).
Through holes of the towbar (pos. B and C) drill holes ø10mm. Then through plates

(pos. 5) applied in the trunk fix using bolts M10x30mm (pos. 8) from accessories.
6. Fix tow-ball (pos. 2) and socket plate (pos. 3) using bolts M12x85mm (pos. 6).
7. Before installing the bumper one ought to cut out the rectangular fragment 120x80mm
M10x30
in the central point of lower part of the bumper.
8. Install the back bumper
to the car.

9. Tighten all bolts
according to the torque

shown in the table.
10. Connect electric wires of
7-poles socket according
to the instruction of the car. (Recommend to make at authorized service station).
11. Complete paint layer damaged during installation.

After install the towbar you should get adequate note in registration book (at authorised
service station).The car should be equipped with:

Tow mirrors
After 1000km of exploitation check all bolts and nuts. The ball of towbar must be always
kept clear and conserve with a grease.
