This towbar is designed to assembly in following cars:
NISSAN PATROL GR, 3/5 DOORS (Y60), produced since 08.1987 till
12.1997, catalogue no. V09 and is prepared to tow trailers max total weight
3000 kg and max vertical load 100 kg.
Thank you for buying our product. Their reliability has been confirmed in
many tests. Reliability of towbar depends also on correct assembly and right
operation. For this reasons we kindly ask to read carefully this instruction and
apply to hints.
The towbar should be installing in points described by a car producer.

From manufacturer
1. Disassemble rear corner-bumpers.
2. Place side brackets of the bumper (pos. 4 and 5) underneath the car in
this way, so holes in brackets agree with holes in chassis frame.
- Nuts on the jibs (pos. 6) put into frame and fix loosely through holes
pos. A (in brackets).

- Put into frame distance sleeves 25x5mm, L=87 mm (pos. 9) in this
way so tally with holes in side brackets (pos. 4 and 5). Head put fish-
plates (pos. 8 and 9) and fix loosely using bolts M12x140mm (pos. 11).
3. Between installed side brackets (pos. 4 and 5) put main bar of the towbar

(pos. 1) and fix using bolts M14x40mm (pos. 12).
4. Fix tow-ball unit (pos. 2) using bolts M16x50mm (pos. 10) from towbar
accessories.
5. Fix socket plate (pos. 3) using bolt M10x30mm (pos. 14) as shown on

the figure.
6. Tighten all bolts according to the torque shown in the table.
7. Connect electric wires of 7-poles socket according to the instruction of

the car. (Recommend to make at authorized service station).
8. Complete paint layer damaged during installation.
After install the towbar you should get adequate note in registration book
(at authorised service station).The car should be equipped with:
Indicators
Tow mirrors
Check all bolts and nuts after 1000km of exploitation. The ball of towbar
must be always kept clear and conserve with a grease.
The instruction of the assembly
Torque settings for nuts and bolts (8,8):
M6 - 11 Nm M8 - 25 Nm
M12 - 87 Nm M14 - 138 Nm
NOTE
M10 - 50 Nm
M16 - 210 Nm
