USING THE APPLIANCE
Be careful: Hot steam will come out from filter in the lid during frying.
Place the appliance on a horizontal, even and stable surface out of children.
•
Fill the fryer with iol, liquid fat or melted solid fat to the indication mark on the
•
inside of the inner bowl.
Put the plug into the wall socket „AC mark displayed on LCD.
•
LCD screen showing 130°C, Press TEMP+ or TEMP- to set the fryer temp.
•
(130°C,150°C,170°C ,190°C) ,you can not set TIME at the moment.After setting
the temp. Press START/STOP to heat oil, the LCD screen showing the oil temp.
in this course you can press the START/STOP key to stop heating;
When oil temp. raises to your setting temp., the unit beeps and the temp. showing
•
inside LCD flashes;
Setting the fryer time by press TIME+ or TIME-, put the basket with proper food
•
into bowl to fryer.
For a good end result, stick to the preparation time indicated on the package of
•
the food to be freid. While the fryer is heating up, you will see the LED keeps on
flashing. Once the selected temperature is reached, the LED will continue to
illuminate to indicate that the appliance is ready for cooking. After a batch has
been, fried the LED may start to flash again. Wait until it becomes constantly
bright before frying next batch.
Fold out the handle of the basket

Take the Lid off the fryer
•
Remove the basket from the fryer and put the food to be fried in the basket
•
Don`t exceed the maximum food quantities stated below
•

Carefully insert the basket into the fryer and place it in the bracket inside the
•
bowl, without lowering it into the oil or fat.
Put the lid on the fryer
•
Lift the basket off the bracket and lower it into the oil.
•
Press the timer button Time+ / Time- to the required frying time. A „beep" sound
•
will be given when the set time has elapsed. You can also use the fryer witout
setting the timer
