1. Important safety instructions according Cosilines
In case of use of the Cosilines these safety instructions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire and
other damage to people and property. Read these safety instructions carefully before the Cosilines is put into
operation.
1. According to the mounting instructions the Cosilines must always fitted correctly. The Cosilines should
be placed straight on a hard, stable surface.
2. The device must be placed far away from flammable materials (min. 2 meters) and the area around
the appliance must be clear of combustible materials and/or liquids.
3. Before use, check if all connections to the cylinder are properly fitted and not loose. If the connections
are loose, make sure everything is fixed and tied before use. Make sure that the gas is turned off while
fixing.
4. Every time the gas connection is re-connected, the gas connection and hose must be monitored for
leaks. See chapter 2.4.
5. The hose must never come into contact with the hot surface of the burner.
6. The hose must comply with the national laws and regulations . The hose is connected to the supplied
gas pressure regulator .
7. Never change the air valve settings of the burner . If the air vents of the fire rings are choking , turn
right into a gas technical specialist .
8. Never obstruct the free flow of air and oxygen to the device . Never change anything to the gas -
technical system of this unit . Any change to the system can be dangerous and will void any warranty
on the device .
9. Keep children and pets away from the unit more than sufficient . The Cosilines has components which
become very hot when in use. Wait after use until the appliance has cooled down before children and
pets come with the device in the vicinity . We recommend a minimum of 1.5 hours to wait .
10. Never move the Cosilines if the device is in use . Wait at least 1.5 hours after use before moving it.
11. Never leave the Cosilines during use without supervision
12. The device has an open fire , make sure that during use of the Cosilines there will always be
supervision on children and pets by a mature and responsible person.
13. Do not touch the lava rocks and ceramic logs until it is completely cooled down
14. Do not light or use gas unit if lava rocks are wet. Ensure lava rocks are completely dry before igniting
as intense heat could cause the rocks to crack.
15. Lava rocks could hit somebody's face or eyes during initial start of this unit, sop lease keep away from
the firebowl for the first 20 minutes after it has been ignited
16. Turn off the gas supply after use.
17. Wait at least 1.5 hours after use before placing the cover on the unit . If the cover is placed before the
Cosilines is complete cooled down there can be occurs damage to the cover, or even a fire may occur.
18. The Cosilines is designed to bring warmth and should only be used outdoors .
19. Always use the prescribed gas cylinders as described in this manual .
20. The Cosilines should always be used outdoors or in well -ventilated areas. This could include
greenhouses or conservatories . A well-ventilated room is open for at least 25% of the total area.
21. Be careful, accessible parts may be very hot . Always keep this user and installation manual of the
equipment .
22. Ensure that the hose is always bent straight down towards the cylinder and never printed against hot
surfaces of the model.
