a brush to clear up foreign matters in wire track.
• After continuing working for 8 hours, use tweezers or a brush to clear up
foreign materials in the wire track. Check if the pin, retaining ring, and
spring of each movable joint have any foreign material, if there is any
foreign material, remove it immediately.
• Fill sufficient lubricating oil at cutter and each joint.
• Good maintenance habit can extend the service life of the product
effectively.
• Wire track cleaning operation shall be performed according following
procedure:
Press the switch to push the front
cover if the tool is stuck or unable
to power the threads.
Remove the pressing plate.
Remove the cover
Use a brush to clean the foreign
objects in the rail as shown in the
figure.
