1. Loosen the seat post clamp
and insert saddle post.
2: Adjust the saddle until
its bottom is 25-50mm
higher than the rider's
leg, or whatever height is
comfortable to the rider.
3: To secure the saddle,
tighten the seat post clamp
as pictured, then press the
seat downward firmly to
ensure it stays in place.
