Personnel qualifications
The personnel for the assembly, operation and maintenance must have
appropriate qualifications. The owner-operator must ensure the spheres of
responsibility, competence and supervision of the personnel. Personnel
not having the required knowledge must be trained or instructed accor-
dingly.
