Troubleshooting
The Easy Setup screen does not open
Please check the cabling between the Stage Router Pro and your computer. The computer must be connected to a LAN port, but not to the
■
WAN port of the Stage Router Pro. Also check whether the LED for this LAN port lights up or flashes.
If multiple computers are connected to the Stage Router Pro, disconnect the network connection from all computers except the configuration
■
computer.
Press the RST button in the opening on the back panel of the Stage Router Pro. This will reset the device to its default settings.
■
It is not possible to control a connected audio device via Wi-Fi
Make sure the audio device is connected to a LAN port: The corresponding LED should light up blue.
■
Check whether the audio device has to be connected to the Stage Router Pro via a standard CAT5 cable or via a so-called CAT 5 crossover cable.
■
For further information, read the instructions for the audio device.
Make sure the mobile Wi-Fi device is properly configured for the Stage Router Pro's wireless network. In particular, make sure the correct Wi-Fi
■
network is selected and the settings for the router address and the subnet mask are valid.
Check the configuration of the app that controls the audio device. For more information on configuration and troubleshooting, refer to the
■
instructions for your app.
