Inserting and Deleting Messages in a Sequence
The Sequential Message Location has the ability to play back a sequence of messages in order. To modify any single message in
this location, use the instructions below.
To Insert a message within a sequence:
1.
Press
until the message
you wish to insert after
has played.
2.
Press
2 times (2x) to
enter Insert Mode.
(The Record and Message
lights will activate.)
3.
Press and hold
while
speaking. Release when
finished.
(Lingo will beep and lights
will activate while recording.)
4.
Lingo will exit Insert Mode when complete.

To Delete a message within a sequence:
1.
Press
until the message
you wish to delete has played.
2.
Press
2 times (2x) to
enter Delete Mode.
(The Erase and Message
lights will activate.)
3.
Press and release
.
(Lingo will beep and lights
will activate while deleting.)
4.
Lingo will exit Delete Mode when complete.
Control Panel Lock-out
To lock or unlock the Control Panel, press the Record and Volume
Up buttons simultaneously. When locked controls will not function.
The Control Panel lights will indicate status:
Red = Locked, Yellow = Unlocked
Master Clear
Press and Hold the Erase button for 10 seconds to erase all
messages stored on Lingo.
Removing the Keyguard
To remove Lingo's Keyguard, slide the Keyguard up the surface of
the device towards the speaker grill until free. Additional Keyguards
sold separately.
Installing the Belt Clip
1.
Attach Velcro
®
ends of the included strap to the Mounting
Points on the back of Lingo.
2.
Slide the Belt Clip onto the plastic knob, pressing until it
clicks into place.
(To Release, Press the tab on top of the Belt Clip.)
