SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
This is the safety alert symbol used for the SETUP INSTRUCTIONS section of this manual to alert you to potential personal
injury hazards. Obey all instructions to avoid possible injury or death.
Refer to parts breakdown on page 4:
1. Secure caster wheels (2) to one end of main frame (1) using lock washers and bolts provided (4 & 5).
2. Secure locking caster wheels (3) to the opposite end of the main frame (1) using lock washers and bolts provided (4 & 5).
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This is the safety alert symbol used for the OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS section of this manual to alert you to potential personal
injury hazards. Obey all instructions to avoid possible injury and/or property damage.
1.
Make sure the vehicle is on a hard, flat dry surface and the transmission is in park or engaged in a gear if a manual transmission before
using Wheel Dollies.
2.
Lift one front wheel high enough to clear the height of the Wheel Dolly.
3.
Carefully place the Wheel Dolly under one wheel and slowly lower the vehicle's wheel onto the Wheel Dolly making sure there is secure
and properly positioned contact.
4.
Repeat step 3 with the other front wheel.
NOTE: Wheel Dollies must ALWAYS be used in pairs.
5.
Repeat steps 2 through 4 on the rear wheels if necessary to dolly all four wheels.
6.
Wheel Dollies are for moving vehicle ONLY.
Do NOT walk on or get under vehicle while supported with Wheel Dollies.
7.
Reverse the foregoing steps in order to remove the vehicle's wheels from the Wheel Dollies.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
This is the safety alert symbol used for the PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE section of this manual to alert you to potential
personal injury hazards. Obey all instructions to avoid possible injury and/or property damage.

Always store the car dollies in a well protected area where they will not be exposed to inclement weather, corrosive vapors,
abrasive dust, or any other harmful elements. The car dollies must be cleaned of water, snow, sand, grit, oil, grease or other
foreign matter before using.
2.
Every car dolly owner is responsible for keeping the dolly labels clean and readable. Use a mild soap solution to wash
external surfaces of the dolly. Contact NAPA for a replacement label if your dolly's label is not readable.
3.
Inspect the car dollies before each use. Do not use the dollies if any component is cracked, broken, bent or shows sign of any
damage. Do not use the dolly if it has loose or missing hardware or components, or is modified in any way. Take corrective action
before using the dolly again. Premature wearing or damage to components caused by loose or missing hardware is not eligible for
warranty consideration.
