WARNING

not use if damaged, altered, modified, in poor condition
or unstable due to loose or missing components. Make
corrections before using. • User and bystanders must wear
eye protection that meets ANSI Z87.1 and OSHA standards.
• The use of this wheel dolly is limited to the removal,
transportation and installation of wheel assemblies. • Do
not exceed rated capacity. • Use only on a hard, level,
dry concrete surface free from all obstructions. • Before
moving, lower the load to the lowest possible point. •
Apply load as close to the vertical portion of the lifting
member as possible. • Before moving the load, ensure the
load is centered and secured with a load-restraint device. •
No alterations shall be made to this device. • Always keep
hands off vertical guide post when lowering elevator. • Do
not lift or support vehicles with wheel dolly. • This product
contains chemicals known to the State of California to
cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive
harm. Wash hands thoroughly after handling • Failure to
heed these warnings may result in serious or fatal personal
injury and/or property damage.
