If you have been treated with Accutane ® (isotretinoin) within the past 6 months..
If you have been taking on steroid regimen within the past 3 months.
If you have a history of herpes outbreaks in the area of treatment, unless you have consulted
your physician and received preventive treatment before using the appliance.
If you suffer from epilepsy.
If you have an active implant, such as a pacemaker, an incontinence device, insulin pump,
etc.
If you have a disease related to photosensitivity, such as porphyria, polymorphic light eruption,
solar urticaria, lupus, etc..
If you have a history of skin cancer or areas of potential skin malignancies.
If you have received radiation therapy or chemotherapy treatments within the past 3 months.
If you have any other condition which in your physician's opinion would make it unsafe for you
to be treated. In case of doubt, consult with your physician.
SKIN TONE
The appliance removes unwanted hair by selectively addressing hair pigment. Varied quantities
of pigment (melanin) are also present in the surrounding tissue of. The quantity of pigment in a
particular person's skin, which is manifested by their complexion, determines the degree of the
risk they are exposed to using any method of light-based epilation.
Before using the appliance, compare your complexion
with the skin tone chart shown on the product packaging
Do not use the appliance on a naturally dark
complexion!
Treating the dark skin with the appliance may cause sunburn, blisters and skin
color changes (hyper or Hypo-pigmentation).

TANNED SKIN
Tanned skin particularly following sun exposure, contains large amounts of melanin. This applies
to all skin types and all complexion, including those who do not seem to tan quickly. The presence
of large quantities of melanin exposes the skin to higher risk when using any method of light
based treatment.
Avoid exposure to sun and/or tanning lights for 4 weeks before using the appliance!
EYE CAUTION
Never use the appliance around or near the eyes!
The appliance can be used for the treatment of facial area.
Extra caution should be taken during the treatment to avoid
eye area.
NIPPLES GENITALS AND LIPS
Do not use the appliance on nipples or genital
organs (male or female) and on the lips.
OTHER SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
ENERGY LEVEL
Choose your energy levels CAREFULLY! Energy level refers to the light pulse that is projected on
the skin during use, from the lower level to the highest level. The notches on the status display (1)
indicate the energy level at which the machine is set. As the energy level increases, it improves
results as well as the risk of side effects (See "Possible Side Effects" below).
Always begin treatment using the lowest
energy level!
