11 Troubleshooting and solution

After initialisation period your GSM module will display the result of the Auto check function, by signalling
on the LED the default or error detected.
The initialising period is showed by the 2 communication & SMS blinking LED (alternatively Green / Red).

Solution
Check the connections, if prob-
lem persist contact your seller.
Remove the PIN code security
function on a GSM mobile.
Try to reset* the GSM module.
If problem persist contact your
seller.
Check the network power, and
try to move the GSM module in
another place in the house.
Check GSM antenna connec-
tion.
Check if the SIM card is avail-
able on the network detected.
Check SIM card validity.
Contact your provider of SIM
card.
Check the correct insertion of
the SIM card
Clean the contact of the SIM
card.
Check the SIM card on a GSM
mobile.
Contact your seller.
Fill your SIM card.
