Warranty
The trampoline you have purchased has a warranty of 5 years for the structure
and against manufacturing defects ans premature wear. Our trampolines have
undergone numerous test under intensive use and extreme conditions, and
have been awarded the certification EN71-14/ EN71 parties 1,2,3n directive
2009/48/CE.
Excluded from the warranty are the following:
•
The replacement of worn parts
•
The corrosion of steel structure
•
The seals on the padding
•
Tears on the fabrics or netting
•
Steel cracks, breaks or bends in the event of an impact or strong wind
•
Seam problem if torn
•
The unusual or non-compliant use of products
•
Damage from work performed by a technician not approved by Poolstar
•
Damage resulting from a cause external to the equipment (accident, im-
pact, lightning, strong wind,...)
•
Damage linked to transportation, and missing parts not indicated on the
delivery slip
Poolstar warranty claims are fulfilled by the replacement of damaged parts and
the payment of return postage costs borne by the purchaser. If the product
cannot be repaired, Poolstar will offer you a replacement, at a preferential rate,
in the form of a product of equivalent characteristics. The contractual warran-
ty does not prelude the benefits of the legal warranty against hidden defects,
which runs for 6 months starting from the date of delivery. We bear no liability
for accidents caused by incorrect use or failure to follow the safety instructions.
