INSTRUCTIONS
DIESEL VERSION
LOWER PART
1.
Fit P to the chassis using Q,A,B,C as shown
in picture 1.
2.
Fit R on the drivers side using M,I,H,L and
G,H,I as shown in picture 2.
3.
Fit the lower welded brackets on P and R
using E,B,C,D (picture 2).
4.
By keeping the accessory bent forward go
on with the fitting of the upper part (picture 3).
UPPER PART
5.
Open the hood and remove the 2 bolts that
hold the front bumper (picture 4).
6.
Insert the S brackets (one per side) in
correspondence of the holes just freed and fix
them to the chassis using O,H,I,N as shown in
picture 5.
7.
To simplify the fitting of the accessory
position T in correspondence of the threaded hole
M6 present on S (picture 6).
8.
Mark in correpondence of the nut welded on
T and drill a Ø 9 hole (pictures 7,8,9).
9.
Fix T on S using G,H,I (fitting T under the
plastic of the bumper).
10.
Fit the upper welded brackets on T throught
the hole drilled using F,B,C,D.
11.
Tighten all the set of bolts.
PETROL VERSION
1.
The only difference from the diesel version
is the fitting of the P bracket that has to be fitted
as shown in picture 10 and drawing A.

PARTE INFERIORE
1.
Montare la staffa P al telaio utilizzando Q,A,B,C
come indicato in foto 1.
2.
Montare
la
staffa
R
utilizzando M,I,H,L e G,H,I come indicato in foto 2.
3.
Montare le staffe saldate inferiori sulle staffe
P e R utilizzando E,B,C,D foto 2.
4.
A questo punto tenendo l'accessorio inclinato in
avanti procedere al montaggio della parte superiore
foto 3.
PARTE SUPERIORE
5.
Aprire il cofano e rimuovere i 2 bulloni che
sorreggono il paraurti anteriore (foto 4).
6.
Inserire le due staffe S (una per lato) in
corrispondenza dei fori appena liberati e fissarle al
telaio utilizzando O,H,I,N come indicato in foto 5.
7.
Per semplificare la procedura di montaggio dell'
accessorio posizionare la staffa T in corrispondenza
del foro filettato M6 presente sulla staffa S foto 6.
8.
Fare un segno in corrispondenza del dado
saldato sulla staffa T, praticare un foro Ø9 foto
7,8,9
9.
Fissare le staffe T sulle staffe S utilizzando
G,H,I (montando la staffa T sotto allla plastica del
paraurti).
10.
Montare le staffe saldate superiori sulle staffe
T
attraverso il foro appena eseguito utilizzando
F,B,C,D.
11.
Serrare tutta la bulloneria.
VERSIONE BENZINA
1.
L'unica differenza rispetto alla versione diesel
è nel montaggio della staffa P che va montata come
indicato in foto 10 e nel disegno A.
FR
1.
Monter la patte de fixation P sûr le châssis en
utilisant Q,A,B,C comme indiqué dans la photo 1.

2.
Monter la patte de fixation R sûr la côté du
conducteur en utilisant M,I,H,L et G,H,I comme
indiqué dans la photo 2.
3.
Monter les pattes de fixation inférieures
saudées sûr P et R en utilisant E,B,C,D (photo 2).
4.
En maintenant l'accessoire incliné en avant
monter la partie supérieure (photo 3)
5.
Ouvrir le coffre et enlever les 2 boulons qui
soutiennent le parechoc avant (photo 4).
6.
Insérer les 2 pattes de fixation S (une pour
côté) en correspondence des trous precedemment
libérés et les fixer au châssis en utilisant O,H,I,N
comme indiqué dans la photo 5.
7.
Pour
positionner la patte de fixation T en correspondence
du trou fileté M6 present sûr la patte S (photo 6).
8.
Marquer avec un crayon en correspondence de
l'écrou saudé sûr la patteT et percer un trou Ø 9
(photos 7,8,9).
9.
Fixer les pattes de fixation T sûr S en
utilisant G,H,I (en assemblant T sous la plastique du
parechoc).
10.
Monter les pattes de fixation supérieures
saudées sûr T à travers le trou percé en utilisant
F,B,C,D.
11.
Serrer toute la boulonnerie.
1.
La seule difference par rapport à la version
diesel est dans l'assemblage de la patte de fixation P
qui doit etre montée comme indiqué dans la photo 10
et le dessin A.
