Description
You can easily produce perfect flanges in PTFE, FEP, PE, and PP
tubes using the ProFlange tool. With a special former you can also
make flanges in PEEK tubes with an o.d. of 1.6 mm and an i.d. of
0.5 mm.
The tool consists of a clamp and a flanging former. Various
interchangeable formers are available to meet different tube
diameters.
The clamp can hold tubes with outside diameters of 1.6, 2.2, 3.2
and 3.8 mm, respectively.
By simply turning and simultaneously pushing the former, the
ProFlange tool produces perfect flanges.
