5 Temperature Control
A voltage proportional to the measured tempera-
ture is present at the 2.5 mm jack (7). It is 1 mV
per °C and may serve for controlling procedures
depending on temperatures.
6 Replacement of Batteries
If the display shows the symbol
below, the batteries have to be replaced:
1) Unscrew the recessed head screw at the rear
side of the unit, slide the cover of the battery
compartment (lower rear part of housing) at
the marking downwards and take it off.
2) Replace the inserted batteries by four new
1.5 V batteries (size AAA). Observe the cor-
rect polarity (see print in the battery compart-
ment).
3) Reposition the cover of the battery compart-
ment and tighten the screw.
