FLYWARE ASSEMBLY for TWO CVA-28s USING ONE CVFLY-1A FLYWARE KIT

1. Analyze the following illustration. (Figure 2)
2. Remove top and bottom M8 suspension insert screws.
3. Arrange the units on the floor upside down to allow the holes in the fly bracket to line up with the holes
in the top of the cabinet as shown.
4. Place the fly bracket on the unit with the holes lined up with the holes in the cabinet.
5. Place the washers on the fly bracket lined up with the holes.
6. Install button head screws as shown.
7. Install the screws using the following torque settings: 95 inch pounds or 10 Newton meters.
8. Turn the system over being careful to apply equal pressure to both sides of the bracket to
avoid damage to the fly bracket.
9. Place the fly bracket on the unit with the holes lined up with the holes in the cabinet.
10. Place the washers on the fly bracket lined up with the holes.
11. Install button head screws as shown.
12. Install eye bolt screws as shown.
13. Install the screws using the following torque settings: 95 inch pounds or 10 Newton meters.
