Magnetic fastener for smoke alarms

FASTENING
CEILING ELEMENT
1. Please take care to attach the fastener onto a stable, dry, dust-free and not greasy surface, since the metal disc cannot be moved or removed
after attaching it.
2. Remove the protective film and stick the metal disc onto the ceiling (image A+B).
3. Press the disc firmly for about 10 seconds (image C).
SMOKE ALARMS
Note: Attach the smoke alarm at the intended position as described in the instructions.
The area on the underside of the smoke alarm detector required for gluing the magnetic disk must have a minimum diameter of 35mm.
1. Remove the protective film and attach the magnet disc onto the bottom of the smoke alarm.
2. Press the magnet disc firmly for about 10 seconds onto the smoke alarm (image D).
3. Now you must simply hold the smoke alarm with the attached magnet disc to the metal disc on the ceiling in order to attach the smoke alarm
to the ceiling (image E).
4. Push the smoke alarm sideways from the metal plate if you want to remove it.
