Intended use
This mouse is a wireless handheld pointing device for a personal computer (PC) that controls
the two-dimensional coordinates of a cursor in a graphical user interface. The underside of the
mouse emits a laser to detect the mouse movement relative to a flat surface. The cursor moves
according to the mouse movement. The mouse connects with the receiver dongle via Bluetooth.
The mouse is powered by one AA battery and the receiver dongle connects with the computer
via USB.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you
use the product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In
addition, improper use can cause hazards such as short circuiting, fire, electric shock etc. Read
the instructions carefully and keep them. Make this product available to third parties only together
with its operating instructions.

Safety instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety
information. If you do not follow the safety instructions and information
on proper handling in this manual, we assume no liability for any resulting
personal injury or damage to property. Such cases will invalidate the warranty/
guarantee.
Persons / Product
The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may become dangerous
playing material for children.
Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high humidity,
moisture, flammable gases, vapours and solvents.
Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and protect it
from any accidental use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:

is visibly damaged,
-
is no longer working properly,
-
has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
-
has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can damage
the product.
Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are connected
to the product.
(Rechargeable) batteries
Correct polarity must be observed while inserting the (rechargeable) battery.
The (rechargeable) battery should be removed from the device if it is not used for a long period
of time to avoid damage through leaking. Leaking or damaged (rechargeable) batteries might
cause acid burns when in contact with skin, therefore use suitable protective gloves to handle
corrupted (rechargeable) batteries.
(Rechargeable) batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave (rechargeable)
batteries lying around, as there is risk, that children or pets swallow them.
(Rechargeable) batteries must not be dismantled, short-circuited or thrown into fire. Never
recharge non-rechargeable batteries. There is a risk of explosion!
Miscellaneous
Consult an expert when in doubt about operation, safety or connection of the device.
Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed exclusively by an expert or at a
qualified shop.

Battery insertion / replacement
When the LED flashes during operation, the battery level is low. Replace the battery as follows.
1.
Press the release on the battery compartment cover and open the battery compartment.
2.
Insert / replace the battery with a new battery of the same type. Observe the correct polarity.
3.
Close the battery compartment.
6.
Software installation
If your computer does not come with a Bluetooth connection, you should use the receiver dongle
together with the software provided.
1.
Insert the receiver dongle into a vacant USB port on you personal computer (PC).
2.
Insert the CD provided into the CD-ROM of your PC.
3.
The setup program will start automatically, if not, double click on the corresponding drive of
the CD-ROM.
4.
Select your preferred language for the installation interface and then click OK.
5.
Click on the button "Next" to start installation.
6.
Select whether you would accept the license agreement or not. Note if you do not accept, the
installation will not start. Then click on the button "Next".
7.
Select the installation directory, then click on the button "Next".
8.
Select whether you would like to put a shortcut on your desktop, in "My Computer" or in the
start menu. Then click on the button "Next".
9.
You will see an installation summary, click on the button "Install" to start installation.
10.
Click on the button "Finish" to end the installation procedures.
7.
Pair up operation
1.
Slide the power switch on the mouse to the ON position to turn on the mouse.
2.
Press the CONNECT button. The LED will flash.
3.
Start the Bluetooth function of your PC and search for the Bluetooth mouse. Pair the mouse
according to the operating instructions for your Bluetooth function.
4.
If you are using the receiver dongle and the software included, right click the "My Bluetooth"
icon on the system tray (located at the bottom right corner of your desktop) and select "Open
My Bluetooth".
Select "Help > Motorola Bluetooth Help" for operating instructions. Pair the mouse according
to the operating instructions.
8.
Operation
1.
Slide the power switch on the mouse to the ON position to turn on the mouse.
2.
Ensure the Bluetooth function of your PC is turned on.
3.
Click on the mouse or move it, and it will automatically connected to the paired PC.
4.
Now you can use the mouse:

Use the mouse to control the cursor.

Press on the left button for a left click triggering.

Press on the right button for a right click triggering.
-
Use the scroll wheel / button to scroll the scroll up and down (if the application supports this).

Press on the scroll wheel for a third-button click triggering (if the application supports this).
-
Press on the previous button to go back (if the application supports this).
-
Press on the next button to go forward (if the application supports this).
