If you are wearing a t-coil hearing aid, turn it
to "T"; this will eliminate background noise.
2.
If there is "squealing", check and adjust the
position of the amplifier on the handset for
better fitting.
3.
If "squealing" persists, turn the volume
lower.

ranty against defective workmanship or materials.

any defective unit (except batteries, which are not
