Solution
Check that the plug is properly inserted in the socket.
Check if there has been a power failure in the house.
Check the plug.
Check the fuse in the group box.
Check that the voltage in the house system corresponds with the voltage required
for the appliance.
Check the socket. Insert the plug in a different socket of which you are certain
that it works.
Check that the refrigerator is not overfilled.
Check that the interior temperature corresponds with the set temperature.
Is the appliance located in direct sunlight or near a heat source?
Check that the ambient temperature corresponds with the climate class
of the appliance.
Are the doors of the appliance opened regularly? As a result of the air humidity in the
surrounding area, a lot of humidity may accumulate in the appliance when the doors
are opened frequently.
Increase the temperature of the appliance.
The lowest temperature should only be used for quick freeze and should preferably
be set 2 hours before food is placed in the appliance. If not, it is possible that
the temperature of the appliance gets below 0°C, because the compressor is
continuously active.

Check if it contains food that has passed its use by date or if it contains any opened
packagings.
Check whether anything has leaked on the shelves, in the compartments
and in the drawers of the refrigerator. If necessary, remove drawers to be able

this could eventually lead to nasty smells.
Check that the defrost water drain is not blocked and/or the receptacle for defrost
water at the rear is not full.
Check that there is nothing between the doors that prevents them from closing.
Check that the door compartments and shelves are placed properly.
Check that the door rubbers are properly placed and are not turned or torn.
Check that the appliance is level.
