Can HydraSonic be used in the shower?
Your HydraSonic is waterproof and can be used in the shower. As with any
electrical device, do not bring or use the charging cradle in the shower or bath.
Can HydraSonic be used on other parts of the body?
HydraSonic is easy to use and effective on all parts of the body. Its 90-second
cleansing cycle with 15-second intervals allows you to clean a 6 x 6" square area
on all body parts. Use it on your back, décolleté, chest, shoulders, arms, hands –
anywhere you want cleaner, softer-looking skin.

What type of brushes should I use on my skin?
HydraSonic comes with 3 types of brushes to
customize your skin care needs: sensitive brush for
delicate or sensitive areas such as your face and
décolleté, normal brush for a more aggressive cleaning
experience, and body brush for all areas below the
chest. Consult your skin care professional.

Can I use the HydraSonic Professional Dermal Cleansing Technology
System if I have acne or other skin conditions?
If you are under a doctor's care for any skin condition, or if you have or think you
may have a skin condition, consult your physician. Do not use the HydraSonic
Professional Dermal Cleansing Technology System if you:
• a re taking medication that can alter your skin's sensitivity*
• have redness or sunburn due to sun exposure
• have open wounds, cuts or open lesions
• r ecently had a medical cosmetic procedure (consult with physician or skin care
specialist before use)
• h ave an outburst of acne pustules or serious sensitive-skin disorders and/or
infections. Consult with physician or skin care specialist before use.
*People suffering from seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea and complicated acne should
consult with their dermatologist before using HydraSonic. Our sonic skin cleansing
system is gentle enough for all normal, dry or oily skin types, from teens to seniors.
Ask your dermatologist if HydraSonic is right for your skin.
How often should I charge my HydraSonic unit?
When HydraSonic power is low, red light will begin to blink.This indicator allows you
to still have 3 more cycles of cleaning. When light goes on, place unit on cradle for
charging. See "Charging" on page 8.
How often should I replace the brush head?
We recommend replacing your brush head every 3 months. See "Brush Heads"
on page 7.
