Operation
a) Getting Started
• To power the clock, insert 2x AA type batteries (not included) into the compartment located
on the base of the unit. Replace the batteries when the display fades or the alarm no longer
responds.
• Connect one end of the power cable to the power jack 5 V/DC 1.5A at the rear of the product
and the other end to the power adapter.
• Connect the power adapter to a suitable wall outlet.
b) LED Light
Risk of overheating. Do not cover the heat vent.
• Touch
to turn the LED light on. Touch again to turn it off.
• Touch
to increase / decrease brightness levels.
• Touch M to switch light modes (warm, cold, natural).
c) Setting Time and Date
Enter time mode by pressing Mode until "TIME" appears on the LCD.
- Press Set to cycle through time and date settings.
- Press Up or Down to adjust values.
To save your settings, keep pressing Set until the values stop blinking, or simply wait
for the value to stop blinking. Press Up to switch between 12 and 24hr time.
d) Alarm / Snooze Function
• Setting alarm time:
- Enter alarm mode by pressing Mode until "ALARM" appears on the LCD.
- Press Set to cycle through alarm settings.
- Press Up or Down to adjust values.
You can set a snooze gap between (1 – 60 minutes) and choose between 8 different
types of alarm sounds.
• Turning alarm on:
- Enter alarm mode by pressing Mode until "ALARM" appears on the LCD.
- Press Up or Down to activate or deactivate an alarm.
Press any button to turn the alarm off.
e) Temperature Display
The current temperature can be displayed in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit. Press Down to
toggle between the two.
Care and Cleaning
• Disconnect the product from the mains before each cleaning.
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as
they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
• Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
Disposal
a) Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product in accordance
with applicable regulatory guidelines.
Remove any inserted batteries and dispose of them separately from the product.
b) Batteries
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used
batteries. Disposing of them in the household waste is prohibited.
Contaminated batteries are labeled with this symbol to indicate that disposal in the
domestic waste is forbidden. The designations for the heavy metals involved are: Cd
= Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead (name on batteries, e.g. below the trash icon
on the left).
Used batteries can be returned to collection points in your municipality, our stores or wherever
batteries are sold.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
