HANGING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the FLCDG125D from its packaging
and set aside accompanying materials.
2. Locate the ceiling joist with a stud finder.
3. Screw an eyehook (or some other means
of hanging the reflector securely from
the ceiling) into the joist. Screw a second
eyehook further down the joist to balance
hanging the reflector.
4. Attach a chain to the eyehooks.
5. Screw in the bulb.
6. Attach the metal S-hooks into each top
end of the FLCDG125D (Figure A).
7. Lift the reflector and adjust height if
necessary.
8. Secure the chain to the metal S-hook
hangers.
SPECIAL NOTES AND INSTRUCTIONS
• A timer (Hydrofarm products TM01015
or TM01715) will automate light cycle
operation.
• Keep the light approximately 6 to 12
inches above the tops of seedlings and/or
vegetation. The closer the light source is
to the garden, the higher the intensity, but
narrower the coverage.
• Monitor the distance between the canopy
and the light to ensure the foliage does not
burn from being too close.
• Warm spectrum bulbs are preferred for
blooming and fruiting crops, as opposed to
daylight ones.

WARNINGS
• Protect all electrical components of the
light system from any contact with water or
liquids. Failure to do so may result in electric
shock.
• Keep the light system in a ventilated area to
prevent heat buildup.
• Fluorescent bulbs contain mercury. Dispose
of them properly when they burn out.
• Do NOT operate the light system without
the appropriate 125W or 200W compact
fluorescent bulb.
• Disconnect power to the light system by
unplugging the 120V plug end from the timer
or power outlet.

INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE
1. Saque el FLCDG125D y cualquier parte incluida
(bombilla, ganchos para colgar) de la caja y de
su envoltura de protección.
2. Ubique el lugar deseado para colgarlo y
asegúrese que los ganchos para colgar
estén montados seguramente a una viga
o con anclajes capaces de resistir el peso
(aproximadamente 5 lbs.) del sistema de luz.
3. Fije el gancho para colgar a los soportes de luz
designados antes de colgar el sistema.
4. Coloque verticalmente el sistema de luz
FLCDG125D en la base del porta lámpara y
enrosque la bombilla fluorescente compacta
de Hydrofarm de su preferencia.
5. Fije el sistema de luz a los ganchos para colgar
(figura A).
