¾ Inspect unit for leaks
¾ Tighten joints if leaks are observed
¾ Check V-belt for proper tension
¾ Check compressor pulley and motor sheave are aligned and securely
fastened (see item 8)
QUARTERLY
¾ Inspect the air receiver for corrosion or other damage
¾ Change compressor oil
¾ Replace air filters (more often if compressor is used near paint spraying
operations or in dusty environments).
