a) Checking the status of the internal battery
To check the level of the internal battery, briefly press the power button (5) on the powerbank.
The number of illuminated LEDs on the charging indicator (2) shows the charging status
(1 LED illuminated = 25 %, 2 LEDs = 50 %, 3 LEDs = 75 %, 4 LEDs = 100 %). If the 25 % LED
is flashing, there is less than 25% battery capacity remaining. If no USB device is connected for
charging, the power bank turns itself off after a few seconds and the LEDs turn off.
b) Charging the internal battery
• Connect the micro USB plug on the USB cable to the IN 5V micro USB port (1) on the power
bank.
• Connect the type-A plug on the USB cable to a USB power source (such as a USB power
adapter) that can deliver a current of at least 1 A.
• Charging begins as soon as the USB power source delivers a current.
• The LEDs indicate the charging status during charging. The number of illuminated LEDs
indicates the current charging status (1 LED illuminated = 25 % charged, 2 LEDs =
50 %, 3 LEDs = 75 %, 4 LEDs = 100 %) and a flashing LED indicates that charging for the
corresponding level is not yet complete.
Example: 3 LEDs are constant, one LED is flashing: The battery is at least 75% charged and
the remaining 25% is currently charging.
• A full charge takes approximately 9 hours. The actual charging time depends on the
remaining battery capacity.
• Once the internal battery is fully charged, the 4 LEDs will stay constant. Disconnect the cable
from the powerbank and USB power source. The LEDs turn off.
• The powerbank is now ready to use.
c) Charging a mobile device
• Press the power button (5) to display the battery level of the power bank. Charge the power
bank before charging a mobile device if the battery level is insufficient.
• Connect the type-A plug on the USB cable to the OUT 1 (4) or OUT 2 (6) USB-A port on the
powerbank. The OUT 1 charging output has an output current of 1 A, and the OUT 2 charging
output has an output current of 2.1 A. Pay attention to the technical data for the mobile device
that you are charging.
You can charge a second mobile device by connecting it to the second USB-A
port.
The product can deliver a maximum total output current of 2.1 A. If you connect
two mobile devices with a total load exceeding 2.1 A, the maximum possible
output current of 2.1 A will be divided between each of the USB-A ports.
• Connect the micro USB plug to the micro USB port on your mobile device.
• The charging process commences.
• The LEDs on the battery level display flash during charging. They indicate the remaining
capacity of the power bank.
• Monitor the charging process. Charging cannot be interrupted using the power button. If you
want to interrupt the charging process, remove the USB cable from the mobile device.
• The power bank turns itself off as soon as the mobile device has finished charging (or the
powerbank battery is empty). The LEDs turn off.
• Remove the USB cable from the product and the mobile device after charging is complete.
d) Flashlight
• A built-in LED (3) enables you to use the product as a flashlight.
• Hold down the power button until the LED turns on.
The flashlight is enabled.
• Hold down the power button until the LED turns off.
The flashlight is now turned off.
e) Overload protection
The powerbank switches off automatically in the event of an overload and the LEDs turn off.
Disconnect the mobile device. Charge the internal battery. The product will be reset.
Maintenance and cleaning
• Never use aggressive and abrasive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions,
as these could damage the housing or even impair the functioning of the product.
• The product does not require any maintenance, therefore never disassemble it. The
rechargeable battery is built into the product and cannot be replaced.
• Remove the product from the power supply (USB port) and any connected devices before
cleaning.
• A dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient for cleaning. Do not press too hard on the housing
as this can lead to scratch marks. Dust can be easily removed using a soft and clean
long-haired brush.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant
statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
