5. Function and Feature Description
The input signal is separated in bass and midrange tone shares by an active frequency switch.
The bass shares are amplified by the bass end stage and converted into low-frequency sound waves via the sub-
woofer.
The midrange tone shares are also amplified by an end stage and converted into sound waves via satellite speak-
ers.
The 18" subwoofer is installed in a bass reflex casing that also contains the entire amplifier electronics.
The satellite speakers are built in 2-path technology, with a 10" low midrange driver and a treble horn.
The subwoofer casing is equipped with rollers to permit easy transport. All casings are protected well from mechanic
strain with carpet application.
The satellite speakers can be set up with speaker stands that can also be connected to the subwoofer speaker
flange.
