GETTING STARTED

Download and install the Porkfolio
app on your mobile device as outlined in
the Quick Start Card. The app will enable
a Wi-Fi® connection between your mobile
device and Porkfolio.
2 Flip Porkfolio on to its belly. Pull
battery tab out from under the coin
plug to activate.
3 Open the Porkfolio app. Follow the app's
instructions to connect to your Porkfolio.
Note: Your mobile device connects by sending
light pulses into a sensor on your Porkfolio. It is
best to do this in a dimly lit environment.
USING PORKFOLIO
Deposit U.S. quarters, nickels, dimes,
pennies, and dollar coins into the coin slot.
Porkfolio's nose will light up to confirm
each deposit.
Additional uses and capabilities can be
found on the Porkfolio app.
Deposits are recorded and sent via
your Wi-Fi® connection to the app.
The app displays your current balance
and allows you to rename your piggy
bank, choose colors, set savings goals,
and receive notifications

REMOVING AND
INSTALLING BATTERIES

Apply pressure to pop Porkfolio's head
off then open the battery compartment
within it.
2 Remove exhausted batteries and/or insert
two new AA alkaline batteries with correct
polarity.
3 Close compartment and reattach
Porkfolio's head.
Note:
Non-rechargeable batteries are not
to be recharged.
Exhausted batteries are to be removed
from Porkfolio.
The supply terminals are not to be
short circuited.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If a Wi-Fi® connection is unavailable
when inserting coins to the piggy bank,
Blink Up will store the data and update
the Porkfolio app once the network
is restored.

wash Porkfolio in a dishwasher.

expose Porkfolio to heat sources.

dispose of alkaline batteries
in fire as they may explode.
DO NOT
attempt to disassemble,
alter or apply heat to the battery.
DO NOT
mix old and new batteries.
DO NOT
mix alkaline, standard (cardbon-zinc),
or rechargeable (nickel-cadmuim)
ONLY
use the manufacturer recommended
AA alkaline batteries.
Safely dispose of alkaline batteries
with your normal household waste.
Use care to avoid dropping the battery
or subjecting it to severe impact, which
could damage the product.
The battery should not be immersed in water.
Keep batteries in a cool dry place.
Batteries exposed to extremely
high heat may leak.
Clean product, external only, with
a damp soft cloth.
Use a dry soft cloth to clean the battery
compartment when replacing batteries.
