Operation
D o not operate the device when driving as this distracts you from traffic and will also put
other road users at risk.
During normal use of the vehicle, the head up display does not need to be switched off
manually. It switches off automatically, when the engine is not running. It will then only
consume a small amount of power but this will not affect the car battery significantly.
However, if you do not use your vehicle for a longer period of time, switch off the head up
display manually (move on/off switch (2) into position OFF) to avoid using the car battery
unnecessarily when the vehicle is not in use.
• Normally, the head up display shows the moving speed and the engine speed.
• Press the function switch (3) briefly to display the values for coolant temperature, battery voltage and then
speed again.
• To reset the settings to the default, switch off the head-up display (turn the ON/OFF switch (2) to the OFF
position). Press and hold the function button (3) and switch on the head-up display (turn the ON/OFF
switch (2) in the ON position). The display shows RES and all lights light up briefly.
• Rotate the function switch (3) back and hold for five seconds to switch the warning sounds on or off.
Maintenance and Cleaning
• Switch off the product every time before cleaning (move on/off switch (2) into position OFF).
• Absolutely prevent wetness or dampness from penetrating into the device.
• Never use aggressive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions, since these could
damage the housing or reflective film or even impair operation of the head up display.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product. If the device is very dirty, use a cloth slightly moistened with
lukewarm tap water.
