STEP 3:
Attach base rail (B) to the assembled unit as shown below with cross metal plates (F),
hex cap (1) and joint connector (2). Use Allen key (6) to install the joint connectors (2).
NOTE: Do not fully tighten the joint connectors. This will facilitate assembly in the next
step.
