b) Charging the Battery
1. Connect the plug of the mains unit with the DC input socket.
2. Connect the mains adapter to a mains outlet.
3. The battery is now charged. The endoscope basic device is ready for operation even during the bat-
tery charging process.
Only connect the mains adapter to the mains socket after performing all other connec-
tions.
Please also observe that the ambience temperature is not less than 0°C or more than
40 °C while charging.
