How to Use Intercom Telephone
If you want to use DuoCom as an intercom telephone an IR transmitter is required. The figure
shows the functions for DuoCom as an intercom telephone.
Call
Key 1-9 and 0 calls the
corresponding room unit.
SPEECH BUTTON
 Answer Door
When Using recorded messages.
 Press once: DuoCom starts.
Message 1 is activated consisting
of the phrase: Hello, who's there?
 Press a second time: Message 2 is
activated consisting of the phrase:
Please can you call back later?
* The phrases are only examples.
OPENING BUTTON
 Lock Release
With recorded messages and automatic
door opener connected.
 Short push: Opening of lock. Message
3 is activated consisting of the phrase:
Do come in, I'll open the door!
 Long push: Opening of lock and
automatic door opener. Message 3 is
activated consisting of the phrase: Do
come in, I'll open the door!
