Problem
The appliance had been working for
too long time, or was in a hot
surroundings, because it could cause
the motor to activate the
overheating protection.
Check if there were power outage.
Check if the top of the machine is

The mixing time is too long
The appliance is overloading.
Separate 3 egg white and put into the mixing
bowl, mixing continuously for 6 minutes at
speed 6, the egg whites will be foam into a
solidified state.
Foamed egg whites do not need to add oil
or water.
Excessive time foaming may damage the
formation of the solidified state, so you
need to observe carefully, you can adjust
the mixing time appropriately.
Unplug the power cord, and let it
cool down before next use.
Operate the machine when the
power is back on.
Make sure the top of the machine
