TROUBLESHOOT

1.
Unable to charge the AirLit.
- Ensure that the charger is plugged in properly and that you are using a
power adaptor under 25W. A 5V2A adaptor is recommended for optimal
charging. The indicator light next to the USB A port starts blinking in green
when connected and charging. The indicator light is steady green when fully
charged.
- Ensure you are charging via the Type-C port.
2.
Unable to charge your phone
- Ensure that the AirLit is fully charged.
- Your phone can only be charged using the USB A port. Do not use the Type-
C port to charge your phone.
3.
Unable to pair and connect AirLit to the Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure your device is fully charged (Plug in to a power adaptor and ensure
the light indicator is blinking).
- Check your device is turned on and the connectivity has been reset.
- Verify you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password.
- Check that your Wi-Fi router is set to 2.4GHz.
- Ensure your phone location and Bluetooth.
- Allow GeoSmartPro app access to your phones Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and location
settings.
